Classy Mansion
Classy Mansion is a sales center in Jinan, China, designed as an oriental style club. The interior covers about 1400 square meters and includes a tea room, a spa area, a gym, a lounge and several private dining rooms. Natural wood, landscape textured stone, antique bronze finishes, Suzhou embroidery and lacquerware are combined with low saturation tones. A sunken lounge holds a 16 meter interactive LED screen. Handcrafted screens and antiques add cultural depth. The layout balances privacy with open and fluid movement.
Classy Mansion Sales Center by Matrix Design was highlighted as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Classy Mansion Sales Center received the Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program that honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
